Associate, Corporate Nutritionist

Aileen is a highly experienced corporate nutritionist with extensive experience of workplace catering services and the requirements of employees in a wide range of business sectors. During her career she has worked in Manufacturing sites, Call Centres, Education and Head Office environments. Her corporate catering experience includes provision of restaurant, café bar and canteen food services, vending, meeting room refreshments, hospitality services and purchasing consultancy.

This places Aileen in a unique position being able to work with Contract Caterers and Client Businesses either in collaboration or individually. Being able to look at Wellbeing Objectives from the viewpoint of the Employer, Caterer and Customer is vital todeliver an integrated project and wellbeing programme delivering operational, financial and service based criteria for each stakeholder.

In her first business, Aileen learned first-hand how running a successful business 24/7 can take a toll on your health and to “running on empty”.

Having taken her corporate food and hospitality business from start up to sale, and transforming her own health along the way, Aileen wanted her next business to focus on healthy living; helping people in business to find an easy and smart way to be healthy. This led Aileen to train in nutritional therapy and to integrate this with her food and business expertise to work with both corporate and private clients.

With a background at Operations Director level, Aileen is skilled at leading teams, delivering projects and working alongside client teams in varying disciplines such as Human Resources, Health and Safety, Learning and Development, and CSR.

She has a pragmatic approach to finding solutions and will always find a way to make nutrition-centered wellbeing become an easy fit for your organisation and to deliver tangible results, whatever the challenges maybee.g. diverse workforce, multi-site, remote teams, supporting and adding value to your catering provider/services.

She firmly believes that everyone in business deserves to enjoy high-level professional performance as well as living life to the full outside of business.

Aileen’s approach is “meet people where they are”.So wherever you and your team are in your health journey, Aileen will guide and support you to reach your personal and business goals.

She loves the ripple effect of working with teams and individuals in a

workplace setting. “I get a buzz when I see the transformation in clients on SuperWellness programmes and hear from clients that it’s enhanced engagement, team spirit and has influenced friends and families toosays Aileen.
