Katarina Cepinova

Commercial Director

Katarina is a Corporate Nutritionist and the Commercial Director for SuperWellness specialising in Nutrition-Centered Employee Wellbeing programmes.

After 15 years in Corporate Sales & Management Katarina retrained as a Nutritional Therapist to pursue her passion of helping others in achieving optimal Health & Wellbeing. She joined SuperWellness as a Corporate Associate in 2016 and in the past 2 years has been delivering successful Employee Wellbeing programmes across several industries with a key focus on Travel and Transportation.

Katarina is experienced in the successful delivery of large projects such as our current assignment with P & O Ferries. Our approach has focused on maximising engagement with the workforce and achieving measurable results. This has meant that from an initial pilot in 2017, Katarina has managed the project roll-out across the Channel, mentoring and overseeing the teams of nutritionists delivering the programme.

A unique understanding of the challenges related to travel and shift work has meant that she has been successful in optimising employees’ health and wellbeing, lowering sickness absence rates and reducing costs of employee medical screening.

Her wellbeing specialism also expands into educational training and development working with professionals in the health industry, writing health and product review related articles and delivering specialist subject talks and group events. As a Nutrition Lecturer at CNM college London, she also provides support to future Nutritional Therapists in their clinical training and development.

Katarina graduated from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, a well-known college accredited to the Nutritional Therapy Council. 3 years of in depth study involved training in the functional medicine principles (a science-based method of assessing underlying causes of symptoms) as well as patient centred holistic approach to clinical practice.

She is a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and on a register of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
