Esther O’Halloran

Non-Executive Director & Advisor

Esther has been working closely with SuperWellness for over two years, playing a key role in developing its unique collaborative model, building the team and steering the company’s strategy. Esther has fulfilled key executive roles for organisations within retail, fashion and hospitality, including H&M, Costa, Pret a Manger, EAT and Paul. Her extensive experience as a senior HR professional & Managing Director mean that she provides invaluable advice from the perspective of our clients in HR, as well as sharing the business savvy needed for a rapidly growing young company.

Esther is a Fellow Member of the CIPD, with a Masters in Personnel Development from Westminster University and a BA (Hons) degree in Fashion & Textiles. She is a proactive Volunteer Committee Member of two HR networking groups (HR Retail Circle and HR in Hospitality) and sits on the London Advisory Board for Springboard UK Charity as well as being a non-exec Director for the YWCA charity-trading arm ‘The Bridge’. As an assessor for the Investors in People accreditation as well as sitting on the judging panels for several HR professional Awards, she acts as a role model and mentor within the HR sector.
