Sandrine specialises in the food and hospitality sectors working with them to help their employees and clients feel great through practical dietary adjustments. Originally from France, Sandrine enjoys sharing her love for healthy food and helping people reconnect with seasonality, food provenance and the pleasures of cooking from scratch.
In her private practice, Sandrine has a particular interest in family nutrition and women’s nutrition throughout the life stages. With a background in the food industry, she has substantial experience in food and nutrition marketing as well as menu creation and nutritional analysis.
Sandrine is a graduate of the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. She is a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), which is the regulatory body for Nutritional Therapists and she is on the register of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). She is also a Certified Mind Body Eating Coach. She trained at the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, the world’s leading school in Nutritional Psychology.
