We are the leading provider of nutrition-centred wellbeing services in the UK. Our corporate nutritionist team supports employees to make small adjustments which are practical for working life through programmes which combine evidence based nutritional knowledge with behavioural change science.
These programmes have been tried and tested over the past 5 years with clients such as VitalityHealth, AmcoGiffen, P&O Ferries, Harrods, Warner Music, OCS, The London Stock Exchange, Visa and many more.
Physical and mental wellbeing

From the employer perspective, our programmes have been shown to reduce sickness absence costs as well as boost morale and engagement.
Our corporate nutritionist service has expanded in the past year to include and mental health and mindfulness consultants. Each is trained to deliver to our high standard of service: professional, engaging and evidence-based.
Angela Steel, Founder & CEO
Angela founded the company in 2011, having retrained in nutrition after spending 15 years in senior leadership in the IT industry. After experiencing the impact of nutrition on her own health, she developed a strong purpose to help more people benefit from it in the corporate world.
Angela ran a busy private nutrition practice for three years, gaining an understanding of what motivates people to make changes ’in the real world’. She began working with corporate clients in 2014 and has since been joined by a team of 20 nutritionists delivering bespoke programmes across the UK.
Angela was awarded Entrepreneur of the year in the 2016 SME Surrey Awards and her focus is now on leading the strategy and protecting the integrity of its values and mission as the business grows.
Malcolm Douglas, Board Advisor
An accomplished Global President & Managing Director in Tech, Consumer and Retail, specialising in the transformation of growth businesses with an international presence.
Following his retirement as Global President and UK MD of £200m turnover sports tech company, Polar Electro Group, Malcolm is building a portfolio career of Non -Executive and Executive Chairman roles including SuperWellness Limited.
Esther O’Halloran, Board Advisor
Esther has been influential in developing the unique collaborative model at SuperWellness, helping to build the team and shape our company culture. Esther has fulfilled senior executive roles for organisations within retail, fashion and hospitality, including H&M, Costa, Pret a Manger, EAT and Paul.
Esther is a Fellow Member of the CIPD, with a Masters in Personnel Development from Westminster University and a BA (Hons) degree in Fashion & Textiles. She is a proactive Volunteer Committee Member of two HR networking groups (HR Retail Circle and HR in Hospitality) and is an assessor for the Investors in People accreditation.
Dr Meg Arroll, Scientific Advisor
Dr Meg (PhD, CPsychol, CSci, AfBPS, FHEA, MISCP) is a chartered psychologist and scientist with specialist expertise in the field of behaviour change, specifically with regard to health, well-being and performance.
Dr Meg plays a key role in helping us to design our programmes to enable effective long term behaviour change in a way that is scientifically validated. Having held senior positions in UK higher education institutes, Dr Meg has published over 30 scientific papers in esteemed peer-reviewed journals such as the British Medical Journal (Open), Medical Hypotheses, Journal of Primary Health Care and Psychology Research, and Behaviour Management.
As an author, Dr Meg has published six commercial books and writes regularly for popular publications such as the MailOnline, Psychologies and Top Santé, as well as working as a consultant for private clients, large-scale health providers and the media.
Heather Kelly – Lead Workplace Mental Health Consultant
Heather supports SuperWellness clients with consultancy and training to develop a mental health strategy with nutrition as an integral component.
Heather spent four years working for the mental health charity Mind. In addition to helping develop Mind’s workplace consultancy services, she led the development and operation of the Workplace Wellbeing Index, the UK’s only benchmark of best policy and practice in workplace mental health. She has most recently worked as Head of Development for This Can Happen, the UK’s largest ever workplace mental health conference attended by 750 people in November 2018, where she was responsible for content development.
Helping to awareness raise and break the stigma around mental health, particularly in workplaces, is a personal mission for Heather because of her own family’s experiences with mental illness. She strongly believes that what we eat directly impacts our mental wellbeing and is currently studying to become certified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
