Associate, Corporate Nutritionist
Claire decided to become a nutritional therapist after experiencing the benefits of nutritional therapy on her own health and well-being after 20 years in the financial services sector where stress and the ability to eat on the run or at your desk were almost seen as prerequisites. First-hand experience proved that combining healthy lifestyle with a busy, stressful job and motherhood is possible and convinced her that she could help others.
Claire has a particular interest in nutrition for performance and energy management (including sports nutrition & nutrition for academic performance) and runs her Nutritional Therapy practice in the South West, with clients across the UK and Europe – she embraces the ideal West Country living by growing her own fruit and vegetables and getting into the ocean whenever she can.
Claire studied nutritional therapy at the British College of Nutrition & Health (BCNH) and has a Bachelor of Science degree (BSc.Hons) from University of Greenwich. She is a member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT) and is also registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
