Lisa specialises in nutrition and wellbeing for schools, supporting teachers, staff and pupils to reach their health goals. She firmly believes in the power of food to influence health outcomes, and has a special interest in helping families make healthy food choices.
Lisa fully understands the demands of feeding a busy family with differing tastes and dietary needs and helps clients make achievable, long lasting changes. She is passionate about encouraging healthy eating as a way of life, for all members of the family, and believes that personalised nutrition planning is important for everybody. Lisa also specialises in women’s health, and believes nutrition and lifestyle play an important role in helping women deal with hormonal changes throughout their lives.
Lisa is a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and practices in London.
