The SuperWellness ChallengeA nutrition centred wellbeing programme with proven results
The SuperWellness Challenge is a tried and tested programme. It delivers lasting, measurable results over a period of 6 months. We manage the project for you from start to finish, working closely with you during the planning stage and providing all of the materials needed for promotion throughout.
1. Wellbeing Survey & Audit
Before starting the SuperWellness Challenge, we carry out research. This helps us shape a programme with higher engagement levels and the best possible results.
We study the work environment in order to adapt the structure of the programme where needed. For example, a manufacturing setting will require a different approach from an office environment. We work with you to set objectives for the programme, and where relevant establish a relationship with your catering provider.
An employee health & wellbeing survey will determine:
- Key areas of health concern
- Barriers to behaviour change (e.g. business travel)
- Current lifestyle, nutrition and exercise habits
- Interest in participating and preferences in terms of approach
2. Awareness Month
The aim of the awareness month is to create a high level of engagement and personal commitment from participants on the SuperWellness Challenge. It includes all promotional materials and templates and a packed agenda of taster sessions. We manage the application process and initial data gathering from participants.
3. The SuperWellness Challenge
Based on the research and feedback from the awareness month, the SuperWellness Challenge is tailored to your workplace. Its aim is to bring about lasting behaviour change and ongoing results for participants.
The programme’s success is due to a blended approach suitable for a range of learning styles:
- Measurement of body composition statistics
- Group coaching & peer support
- SMART goals and accountability
- Fun, gamification and quizzes
- Up-to-date evidence-based health & nutrition knowledge
4. Measurement & Reporting
We measure participants’ results, physiologically as well as through standardised questionnaires. This allows us to determine outcomes across a range of measures:
- Weight, BMI and body composition
- Mental health & wellbeing
- Motivation & engagement
- Relationship with food
- Physical health, including digestion, hormones, sleep, energy
We gather feedback on the programme and produce individual mini case studies for you to further promote the success of the initiative.
5. Maintenance Programme
The SuperWellness Challenge will create a buzz across your organisation and is an ideal launchpad for your long term wellbeing strategy.
Participants are generally keen to keep up the momentum created during the programme. The challenge also triggers a ‘ripple effect’: it increases awareness beyond participants and creates an interest and enthusiasm for lifestyle change among the wider workforce.

6 Week Executive Wellbeing Programmes
These programmes focus on achieving optimum wellbeing with a tailored, exclusive, individual approach suitable for employees at executive level. We can tailor the theme to your organisation’s priorities. Some examples include:

Optimum Wellness Kickstarter Programme – example structure:
Stage one –
Interactive workshops for up to 12 participants in one session, where we explain the concept of biological age, how it relates to specific health risk factors and key steps to improve it within a 6 week window.
We’ll share advice that’s practical, realistic and tailored to your sector or culture’s unique requirements. We’ll examine – and challenge – some of the commonly held beliefs about what is ‘healthy’ in order to suggest small adjustments in daily habits to achieve improved results. We’ll discuss practical ideas for time efficient, convenient nutrition (for example, choices when eating out, and convenient solutions at home and in the office). We’ll also touch on stress management, sleep and exercise.
Stage two –
30 min tailored 1-1 sessions – arterial health testing and biological age
Using a Class II Medical Equipment classified device, our nutritionist will produce a report measuring heart rate, oxygen levels and stiffness index, providing information about the health of the arterial wall. These indicators are directly influenced by diet and lifestyle and will respond quickly to any habit changes.
The session will include personalised goal setting drawing on the information shared in the workshop.
Stage 3 – after 6 weeks
30 min tailored 1-1 follow up sessions
We perform an arterial health and biological age reassessment and discuss progress made, plus goals moving forward.
