Nutrition and wellbeing programmes are a great way to encourage the step by step habit changes which will achieve a real impact in the long run.
By allowing us to measure results, programmes are also an effective approach to proving your wellbeing initiative’s ROI. When you run a SuperWellness programme within your organisation, we will take care of every aspect, from its promotion to bookings management to PR, if you wish to share your team’s success.
The 3 Month Nutrition Challenge
Our unique model is delivered in 4 stages, allowing employers minimal risk and investment before progressing to each stage, based on proven employee buy-in and measurable results.
1. Employee Survey
We work with you to gauge employee buy-in to a corporate nutrition and wellness programme. We produce a report clearly showing where support is required and which areas employees are most interested in.
2. Awareness Day
The SuperWellness experienced corporate nutritionists run a content packed day for your employees, which includes:
A lunchtime talk: ‘The 7 Nutrition Habits of Highly Effective People’, full of the most up to date, science based nutritional knowledge. Presented in an interactive, engaging manner providing practical advice relevant to a working environment.
Body composition testing (a bio-impedance analysis machine which provides individual print-outs for fat %, muscle %, metabolic age, and much more). Q&A and/or individual sampler sessions.
3. The 3 Month Nutrition Challenge
Based on the interest raised during the awareness day, we run a targeted nutrition and wellness programme with a presence in your organisation for one day per month.
The challenge involves:
- Month on month measurement of body composition statistics
- Group coaching
- Motivational support during the month
Our 3 month challenge at Kuoni Travel saw participating employees improve their metabolic age by a total of 80 years across the 4 competing teams.
We recently had SuperWellness in to run an awareness day for our employees and it’s been hugely successful. Even though we initially weren’t sure whether nutrition would appeal to everyone we were blown away by the take-up we had and I’ve received quite a number of emails of appreciation for organising the event. 6 Week Executive Wellbeing Programmes
These programmes focus on achieving optimum wellbeing with a tailored, exclusive, individual approach suitable for employees at executive level. We can tailor the theme to your organisation’s priorities. Some examples include:

Optimum Wellness Kickstarter Programme – example structure:
Stage one –
Interactive workshops for up to 12 participants in one session, where we explain the concept of biological age, how it relates to specific health risk factors and key steps to improve it within a 6 week window.
We’ll share advice that’s practical, realistic and tailored to your sector or culture’s unique requirements. We’ll examine – and challenge – some of the commonly held beliefs about what is ‘healthy’ in order to suggest small adjustments in daily habits to achieve improved results. We’ll discuss practical ideas for time efficient, convenient nutrition (for example, choices when eating out, and convenient solutions at home and in the office). We’ll also touch on stress management, sleep and exercise.
Stage two –
30 min tailored 1-1 sessions – arterial health testing and biological age
Using a Class II Medical Equipment classified device, our nutritionist will produce a report measuring heart rate, oxygen levels and stiffness index, providing information about the health of the arterial wall. These indicators are directly influenced by diet and lifestyle and will respond quickly to any habit changes.
The session will include personalised goal setting drawing on the information shared in the workshop.
Stage 3 – after 6 weeks
30 min tailored 1-1 follow up sessions
We perform an arterial health and biological age reassessment and discuss progress made, plus goals moving forward.
