Body Composition Testing

Individual tests with printed report and nutritional advice

One of our most popular services and a great way to engage and create a buzz in your workplace as well as effective lifestyle change.

Who it’s for:

Anyone interested in improving their health in a measurable way. This test is not just relevant for weight management but also joins the dots between body composition and health risk factors.

What it covers:

Each individual test takes just a couple of minutes, and simply requires the removal of shoes and socks. Testing is carried out by qualified nutritionists using professional bio-impedance measurement equipment. Participants instantly receive a printed report including their weight, body fat %, muscle mass, visceral fat and metabolic age, along with detailed diet and lifestyle advice.

Unique benefits:

Participants tell us the nutrition and lifestyle advice we provide alongside the test leaves them feeling informed and empowered. They benefit from understanding the connection between their results and health risk factors for heart disease, diabetes and other chronic issues and importantly the steps they can take to improve results within weeks.

Key outcomes:

Your employees will take away concrete actions they can implement straight away to reduce health risk factors and begin experiencing benefits very quickly.

Ideal for reinforcing the message in our workshops with personal goals.

We recommend repeating this test every 3-6 months.

What people say:

“Brilliant!. Explained a lot re: my protein intake, BMR/motivation/energy etc. Thank you.”
